关于瓶级聚酯切片熔点测定方法的研讨

摘    要:通过采用熔点显微镜法和不同测试条件的差示扫描量热法 (DSC)对瓶级聚酯切片熔点测定结果进行比较 ,研究了不同方法测定结果间的规律及不同测试条件对结果的影响 .得出的结论是 :不能采用熔点显微镜法代替 DSC法测定瓶级聚酯切片的熔点 ;DSC法的不同测试条件对结果影响明显 .研究结果为测定瓶级聚酯切片熔点选择方法和测试条件提供依据 .

Abstract:In this paper,the results obtained from the differential scanning calorimetric method (DSC method) for melting point determination of slice of bottle-grade polyester under different conditions are compared with those obtained by using the melting-point microscopic method.The findings of DSC method are significantly different conditions.It is concluded that DSC method must not be replaced by the latter.This research provides a basis for selection of methods and testing conditions in melting point determination of slice of bottle-grade polyester.
