钢纤维混凝土路面板结构温度应力的有限元分析

摘    要:在复合材料混合物法则基础上考虑了钢纤维的分布与取向 ,给出了钢纤维混凝土的热传导系数、热容量系数及热变形系数的计算公式 ,并采用有限单元法建立了钢纤维混凝土路面板结构的有限单元方程 ,求解了钢纤维混凝土路面板结构的温度应力。结果表明 ,钢纤维混凝土路面板结构的温度应力沿板厚方向呈非线性分布

Abstract:On the base of the mixture principle of the composite material, the distribution and tropism of steel fibre is considered, and the calculate formula of the thermal conduct coefficient, thermal capacity coefficient and thermal transfiguration coefficient is given. The finite element equation of the SFRC pavement plank structure is established with the finite element method. The temperature stress of SFRC pavement plank structure is resolved. The results show that temperature stress of SFRC pavement plank structure is distributed non-linably along thickness direction.
