| 摘 要： | 对桃红平菇Pleurotus salmoneo-stramineus Vassil. 单孢分离菌株全机率交配研究表明该种为双因子控制的四极性异宗配合真菌。其4种单核交配型菌株与其自身双核菌株间具有明显的亲和性,而与其它11个平菇品种的双核菌株呈拮抗性反应,无亲和性,因而表明桃红平菇是一个与其它平菇品种存在生殖隔离的独立的生物种。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the mating type of Pleurotus salmoneo-strarnineus, and the di-monokaryon mating reaction with 12 stocks of Pleurotus (including P. salmoneo-stramineus itself) popularly cultivated in Shanxi. The rcsult indicates that P. salmoneo-stramineus is a tetrapolar species. The di-monokaryon mating reaction shows that the 4 mating type monokaryon strains are incompatible with the other 11 stocks except that of itself. |
