高校就业指导及服务情况调查 --以广东省为例

通过对广东省2004年高校毕业生的调查分析,指出高校毕业生对高等学校提供的就业指导和就业服务基本满意,对大学专业设置和课程改革表示较满意或者很满意的有35.1%,认为在校所学专业知识和技能与就业市场的要求不相符合的有18%,根据该分析结果提出了新形势下高校工作改革的重点。

Investigation of University's Employment Guidance and Service -Taking Guangdong Province as the Example

Through the investigation and analysis on the graduates of Guangdong's colleges and universities,this paper points out that the graduates basically rest satisfied with the employment guidance and service offered by the colleges and universities,35.1% of the graduates receive satisfaction from the specialities establishment and the courses reform of the colleges and universities,and 18% of the graduates believe that the knowledge and skills learned in the colleges and universities can't fit in with the requirements of the employment market,and based on such analyzing results,puts forward the emphases of the reform of colleges and universities under the new situation.
