| 摘 要： | 教师与学生之间就要求营造一种平等、宽松、和谐的氛围，就必须加强老师与学生的沟通，从现代的教育理念入手，多赞赏，少批评，放松学生的心灵，多给学生一点自信，走近学生，师生关系就不再是对立面，而是一个和睦融洽统一的整体。

| Abstract: | If we want to create the equal, relaxed and harmonious atmosphere among teachers and students, we should strengthen the communication between teachers and students. According to the modem education concept, we should give more praises and less criticism, relax students＇ mind, give them more confidence and approach students. The relation between teachers and students is not opposite but harmoniously united. |
