摘    要:本文对部分高铁氧体H面波导Y结环行器进行了严格的三维场理论分析,经数值计算,得到了许多有用的设计数据、曲线和结论,在理论分析的基础上还进行了实验,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:In this paper an exact analysis of 3-D field theory treatment for H-plane waveguide Y-junction circulators with partial ferrite post is presented by using the mode matching method. The field analysis yields characteristic equations, which determine propagation constants in the partial ferrite structure. The properties of the field distribution in the ferrite region is derived, and some vague or error concepts of the electromagnetic field in the ferrite region are cleared. Through numerical calculation, the effects of the structure dimensions and material parameters on the circulator characteristics are obtained. The calculated results of X-band circulators agree with experimental results.
