| 摘 要： | 目前，全国范围内高速铁路大建设，让如此大断面的浅埋软弱围岩隧道实行下穿施工，并保证其上部设备及结构的安全，是隧道施工中的一大难题。在观音堂隧道中围绕双侧壁导坑法采取的一系列施工工艺，成功穿越了高速公路路基。施工过程中，监测结果表明，超前支护与初期支护及时的封闭成环是控制拱顶下沉的有效措施。
