| 摘 要： | 用电镜分析研究了铁基复合硬镀层的微观结构,发现了在基体与微粒之间有一层特殊的"联结桥".比较了各种镀层的摩擦力和磨损量,铁基复合镀层具有杰出的耐磨性和较低的摩擦系数.文中介绍了一种新型大镀槽,并举出几个应用突例,证明用它可以获得较高质量的复合镀层.

| Abstract: | Iron matrix hard composite coatings contain dispersed hard particles of oxides and carbides, which demonstrate excellent resistance to wear and low coefficient of friction. Comparisons of frictional forces and wearing capacityes for various coatings are made. According to the structure of composite coatings, a large plating bath is developed, with which high quality composite coatngs can be obtained. Examples of application are presented. |
