| 摘 要： | 本文通过对科技进步含义重新分类，将测算科技进步所应用的Ｃ－Ｄ生产函数模型进行了改进。使运用改进型测算的科技进步对经济增长贡献率能为决策者制订科技和经济发展战略提供了科学的理论依据。
