| 摘 要： | 毛泽东的组织管理思想极其丰富，无论是在军事上、经济上、文化建设上以及干部培养上都曾作出许多政策性、原则性、理论性的表述与规定，而这些思想在过去几十年的管理实践中取得了很大成效，有的在今天改革及经济建设中仍然值得借鉴和运用。
