摘    要:针对化工蒸馏过程产生的余热(121~146℃),采用R600a工质,进行了150kW级的有机工质向心透平初步设计.在通过一维气动计算获得有机工质向心透平初步结构参数和性能参数的基础上,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟研究了有机工质向心透平设计工况的气动特性,获得了总体性能及流场分布情况.研究结果表明,在透平入口温度110℃、透平入口压力1.6 MPa条件下,有机工质向心透平质量流量4.17kg/s、压比3.2、效率82.7%、输出功率150.5kW,在设计工况下流动顺畅,效率高,满足有机工质发电系统对膨胀机的要求.研究成果可以为化工过程余热利用的有机工质向心透平设计提供基础数据.

Abstract:Abstract: For recycling the waste heat (121—146 ℃) produced by the chemical distillation process, a 150 kW organic working fluid radial turbine was designed by using R600a. Based on the preliminary structural parameters and performance parameters of the organic working fluid radial turbine by 1 dimensional aerodynamic calculation, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation of the organic working fluid radial turbine was conducted to investigate the overall performance and the flow field characteristics at design condition. The results indicated that under the conditions of a turbine inlet temperature of 110 ℃ and a turbine inlet pressure of 1.6 MPa, the organic working fluid radial turbine can produce an output power of 150.5 kW with a mass flow rate of 4.17 kg/s, a pressure ratio of 3.2 and an efficiency of 82.7%. The working fluid flows smoothly with a high efficiency at the design condition to meet the requirements of the organic working fluid expander of the power system.This paper can provide basic data for the organic working fluid radial turbine design by utilizing the waste heat from the chemical distillation process.
