柔性夹具定位元件布局的优化设计

摘    要:针对离散点域中夹具定位元件布局的优化设计问题,提出了带惩罚因子的弹簧接触模型,并将所有接触点的弹簧密度作为设计变量,采用拓扑优化算法优化夹具与工件系统的变形,并给出了实现所提方法优化夹具定位元件布局的具体实例.结果表明,该算法对二维和三维柔性夹具系统定位元件的布局优化都非常有效.

Abstract:For the problem of optimal fixture layout design in discrete point set domain, this paper proposed a topology optimization method. A penalized spring contact model was presented. The spring densities of the candidate contact points were introduced as a set of design variables. The objective is to minimize the deformation of the workpiece fixture system. The implementation of the algorithm and numerical examples were also presented. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method for both 2-D and 3-D cases.
