摘    要:为了准确评估高速列车司机室复杂曲面的制造质量,从尺寸精度、表面轮廓和表面光顺性3个方面对其曲面进行评价.在利用分割逼近法计算尺寸精度、使用高斯曲率与反射线分析光顺性的基础上,提出利用变形一致度与相似度反映曲面轮廓的变形规律及微观几何特征的分析方法,采用模糊数学方法对光顺性的主观评价结果进行量化,运用加权逼近理想解排序方法对评价指标进行综合分析,获得曲面制造质量的综合评价模型,并用于实际高速列车司机室曲面的制造质量评价.结果表明,该方法和模型能够有效地量化司机室实际曲面的制造质量,为其验收及后期诊断和控制提供必要的基础数据.

Abstract:The evaluation for complex curved surface of high speed train driver room was investigated from three aspects including dimension precision,surface profile and surface smoothness. On the basis of dimension variation calculating with the algorithm of subdivision approach and surface smoothness analyzing with the map of Gauss curvature and reflection line,a new method for the evaluation of profile deformation rule and microscopic geometrical characteristics was brought forward, which uses normal vector to analyze the curved surface. The comprehensive evaluation model was performed based on quantified results of surface smoothness with fuzzy math using the method of TOPSIS. The test on the application in actual manufacturing shows that the new method and model of evaluation for complex curved surface are effectual.
