装备能力仿真试验的系统性研究

针对装备能力仿真试验的系统性问题，分析了导致试验评估结果差异的主要原因及其对装备应用、发展的影响，探讨了构建层次化装备能力仿真试验评估体系的技术方案，提出了比较完整的体系构建理念与方法，讨论了体系的运行机理和工程实现的关键技术，为从根本上解决装备应用、发展辅助决采试验的系统性问题提供了比较实际的技术途径。

Studies on the System of Equipments Ability Simulation Test

In view of the problem for the system of equipments ability simulation test, the primary factors leading to test result difference and its influence to equipments use and development were analyzed. The technique plan for constructing an equipments ability simulation test and evaluating system with levels was studied. The integral theory thought and method for constructing the system were brought out. And finally, the working principle of the test system and the key technique for engineering project realization were discussed. Through these studies, the way to solve the system problem of assisting decision test to equipments use and development fundamentally was nrovided, which was comparatively practical.
