| 摘 要： | 封二封三是学报的第二“窗口”，它与报纸的“报眼”有着异曲同工之效．为此，对学报封二封三不能概然漠之、可有可无、无端闲置，而应充分发挥其特有的功效，使其成为宣传学校和学报以及导读的另一重要形式．在具体的应用中应注意到它的有效性、原则性和灵活性，真正起到丰富内容、协调、美化版面的作用．
