摘    要:以吊臂自重为目标函数,以基本臂截面尺寸为设计变量,以吊臂的端部位移、局部稳定性、整体稳定性及设计变量初始给定域为约束条件,建立了吊臂的优化设计数学模型;应用复合形算法对QY12A型起重机吊臂进行了优化计算,其自重大幅度下降,强度得到极大发挥

Abstract:The mathematical models for automobile crane arms optimal design are established with the self weight as destination function under the condition of taking the arm's sizes as design varibles,taking the displacements of the top,the local and entire stabilities,and the initial areas as constrains.The optimal calculations are carried out to the QY12A employing the complex algorithm,the results show that the self weight is decreased greatly and the strength is utilized efficiently.
