| 摘 要： | 通过对文心兰试管苗的增殖、生根以及试管苗的移栽进行研究。结果表明：影响试管苗增殖和生根的最敏感的因素是培养物的生理状态，其次为激素的比例。其培养方案为：(1)增殖培养：选择原球茎为培养物．培养基为：MS 6-BA3.0mg／L NAA0.2mg/L 0．1％活性炭；(2)生根培养：选择具有3片叶子，高约6-7cm的小苗作为培养物，培养基为：MS 6-BA3.0mg/L NAA0.3mg／L 0.1％活性炭．并将发育形成的试管苗经“炼苗处理”后，移栽成活。 |

| Abstract: | A study on the proliferation, rooting and transplant of the plantlets of Oncidium showed that the most sensitive factor affacting the proliferation and rooting of the plantlets was the physiological state of the plantlets. The second factor was the proportion of various phytohormone. A better cultivating program is: (1)Proliferation:put the protocorm in the culture medium (MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+0.1% actived charcoal); (2)Rooting:put the plantlets of 6~7cm high with three pieces of leaves in the culture medium(MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+0.1% actived charcoal). These plantlets were transferred in soil and grew normally. |
