摘    要:针对以太网在MAN/WAN应用中的故障恢复性能研究,以NS2为基础,设计并开发桥接局域网STP(生成树协议)模块,以环网为例对网络性能进行仿真研究.经测试得出的故障恢复时间和STP协议的30-50s经验值吻合.

Abstract:Aiming at the performance of failure recovery for Ethernet in applying for metropolitan area network and wide area network,a STP(Spanning Tree Protocol) simulation module based on NS2(Network Simulator Version 2) is designed and developped for Bridged LAN.A ring typed network has been taken as a case for testing the fault recovery time.The obtained simulation results show that the recovery time meets to the emperical value of STP:30-50 second.
