| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、实地调查法，对广东省大型体育场馆经营管理情况进行调查研究，发现制约广东省大型体育场馆发展的主要因素有：投资结构单一，设施利用效率不高，管理人才匮乏，营销手段缺乏创新，维修资金匮乏，缺乏优惠政策等．针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策．

| Abstract: | Based on document study and investigate study, takes the research on present state of operation and management of large-scaled stadium and gymnasium in Guangdong, and finds out the main factors that restrict the effects of operation and management, including facilities, management shortage of talents, marketing the single investment structure, the inefficient use of the means outmoded, maintain shortage of funds, management shortage of preferential policies, ect. According to the present problems of operation and management of the large-scaled stadium and gymnasium, it puts forward varied countermeasures. |
