| 摘 要： | 根据国家住建部、教育部相关文件精神，结合高等院校的公用建筑间隙性使用的特点，利用自动化控制技术、物联网技术，建立了学校集体供暖节能监管体系，并在公共建筑中安装无线温度传感器、分时分温控制器和电动调节阀，构建了在公共建筑中远程温度监控、分时分温控制和按需供热的科学管理模式。

| Abstract: | According to the document principles of National Housing Construction Department and Ministry of Education ,combined with the characteristics of the use of public building space in colleges and universities, and by using automatic control technology and IOT technology, a central heating energy efficiency control sys- tem was established, and a scientific heating management mode was constructed by installing wireless tempera- ture censors, time and temperature controllers and electric regulating valve in public buildings. |
