摘    要:
本文介绍了立方氮化绷(CBN)和它的组织结构、机械加工性能及其与金刚石性能的比较。通过CBN磨轮在硬齿面加工中应用的实例,说明CBN良好的机械加工性能及其在精密和超精密加工中的应用前景。同时也指出了CBN工具在应用中急待解决的问题。

In this paper the constitutional structure and specific cutting performance of a new type of the super hard tool material(CBN)is introduced and tom- pared with diamond, The application of grinding wheels of CBN to grinding hard gears is taken for example, It has been shown that CBN has better ma-chining properties and good application prospects in precise processing and super precise processing, Meanwhile, the problems to be solved in practical application are also pointed out,
