| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个材料切除过程三维动画仿真软件ＧＮＣＶ的设计和实现。该软件模拟了刀具切削毛坯的全过程，利用图形检查加工过程的正确性。该软件为ＣＩＭＳ的虚拟制造技术提供了支撑环境。本文比较了用于加工过程三维动画仿真的多种算法，提出了解决切削过程中改变观察视向的方法和光线追踪方法用于三角形平面表示的实体时的一种加速算法。以上两个算法上的突破，使得在微机上开发的本软件在速度上接近在工作站上的同类软件，而在动画效果和功能上则优于同类软件。本软件目前已用于并行工程课题和山西经纬纺织机械厂ＣＩＭＳ课题，效果显著。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces an animate simulation software GNCV used to simulate the material removing process.This software simulates the whole process of material removing by cutters and ensures the validation of the process by finding the NC/CL error easily.It is also a supporting implementation of virtual manufacturing in CIMS.In this paper,we analyze the algorithms of maching process simulation.A view free algorithms and a rapid algorithm based on ray casting method and dexel model are introduced.The two breakthroughs of algorithm make this software advanced in both the running speed and the animate effectiveness.The software has been used in the concurrent engineering project and the CIMS engineering project of Jingwei Ltd.of Shanxi province and received high ratings. |
