侧耳子实体组织的TTC──脱氢酶活性

摘    要:糙皮侧耳(Plurotusostreatus)菌株在子实体发育过程中,菌褶组织中的TTC一脱氢酶活性随着菌龄的增加逐渐增强,而菌柄和菌肉组织中的TTC一脱氢酶活性逐渐降低。相同发育时期的子实体(5cm以上)以周边和表皮组织中的脱氢酶活性均高于其内部不同结构组织中的酶活。

Abstract:In this paper TTC-dehydrogenase activity of the tissues from fructifications ofPlurotus ostreatus is reported. TTC dehydrogenase activity of the lamella tissues isgradually on the increase along with growth. during fructification development, but TTCdehydrogenase activity of the tissues from the stipe and context is gradually reduced. Thedehydrogenase activity of the tissues from outside and epidermis is higher than other interiortissues in the same developmental phase of fructification (more than 5cm).
