| 摘 要： | 近年来，有关“变态犯罪”的恶性刑事案件时有发生，这类案件的犯罪分子作案动机异常，作案方法隐秘，作案手段残酷，给社会造成了极大的危害。如何看待变态型犯罪，成为社会公众关注的话题。通过对变态型犯罪和精神病犯罪的分析，力求廓清两之间的内在差异与联系，明确它们与违法犯罪的关系，提出了有关变态犯罪的思考。

| Abstract: | In recent years, pernicious criminal cases concerning abnormal crimes have happened frequently. The criminals of such cases have abnormal criminal motives, hidden criminal skills and cruel criminal methods which cause great harm to the society. How to treat the abnormal crimes has become the topic of public concern. Through the analysis of the abnormal crimes and crimes due to mental illness, this paper tries to distinguish their inner differences and connections, clarify their relation with crime and put forward reflection on the abnormal crimes. |
