混凝土芯水泥土搅拌桩支护结构的应用

摘    要:混凝土芯水泥土搅拌桩支护结构是在水泥土搅拌桩墙中插入预制钢筋混凝土桩,由前后排的预制钢筋混凝土桩和水泥土搅拌桩墙组合而成的п型结构.以预制钢筋混凝土桩作为受力核心,利用大直径廉价水泥土桩的凝结力和大表面积来提供摩阻力,并利用预制钢筋混凝土桩芯的低压缩性、高强度的特点来承担荷载,其内外芯的分工尽可能地发挥了桩身材料的强度,大大改善了水泥土重力式挡墙抗压不抗拉的受力特点,同时具有承力与防渗两种功能的复合支护结构.施工方法简单,速度快,对环境污染小,受力合理,有很好的截面效能.前后预制钢筋混凝土排桩由压顶圈梁和拉梁连接成整体,在不加撑锚条件下可以支护较深的基坑,是一种新的支护结构形式,经济效益显著.通过在南京某高层公寓深基坑支护中的应用,并对其桩身应力、支护结构的侧向位移的实测研究,获得了混凝土芯水泥土搅拌桩支护结构在软土地区受力和变形的基本特征.

Abstract:The concrete-core DCM pile retaining structure composed of precast concrete piles and cement-soil piles and arranged in n matrix is a type of combined structure in which precast reinforced concrete pile is a kind of rein-forcement and cement-soil pile is water retaining wall. The cheap large diameter cement-soil piles offer solidation force and their large surface area offers sufficient friction force. The precast RC piles with low compressibility and high strength offer bearing capacity. The inner cores and outer cores of the structure can cooperate together to faciliate the strength of the pile materials and considerably to improve the low tensile resistence of cement-soil weight retaining wall. The structure is a compound retaining structure with bearing capacity and anti-permeability functions. The structure is easy to construct and has low environment pollution, and reasonable bearing capacity and section efficiency. The top of the piles is connected with reinforced concrete periphery beam, then, without anchoring and poling it can support the deep foundation pit. Briefly, it is a new and economical strutting system. According to application of this structure in Nanjing deep excavation, the basic rules of concrete-core DCM pile retaining structure in stress and deformation in the soft soil area were obtained.
