摘    要:“东升轮”主机自大修出厂后在航行中曲轴箱透气孔油气加重、油位不断上涨、滑油压力偏低。此故障由轻到重困绕该轮。现就排除该故障的基本思路、调查步骤、分析故障成因及解决办法向同行作一介绍,以抛砖引玉,深化轮机管理工作。

Abstract:After the overhaul, the main engine of Dong Sheng ship is subject to troubles for a long time, such as: highly concentrated oil around the lube oil circulating tank, over higher oil density, increasingly risen oil level, constantly low pressure of engine oil. This paper focuses on sharing with colleagues about the initial idea, locating procedures of the resolutions to the problems and reflections, to conductive the engine room management in the future.
