网络与电子商务中的隐私权问题研究

网络与电子商务的发展给人们的隐私权带来了巨大的威胁，因而，隐私权问题已成为网络使用者最为关注的问题。本文在分析了网络与电子商务隐私权内涵的基础上，指出了目前在网络与电子商务中侵犯隐私权的具体表现形式。并借鉴国外对网络隐私权保护所采取的措施，联系我国的实际，提出了我国在保护网络与电子商务隐私权中应当采取的措施。

Study on the right to privacy problems in internet and i- commerce

The development of interent and I-commerec has taken huge menace to person's the right to privacy. Therefore, the problems of the right to privacy attract more and more attention of the user of internet. On the base of analyzing the meaning of the right to privacy in internet and I-commerce,the text points out the forms of infringing the right to privacy in internet and I- commerec at present. On the same time, using the measures that foreign countries have taken for reference, the text puts forward how to protect the right to privacy in internet and I-commerce according to the fact of our country.
