| 摘 要： | 目的总结达那唑联合甲氨蝶呤治疗成人慢性难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的临床效果。方法回顾性分析治疗19例慢性难治性11P的临床资料。结果12例显效，4例良效，1例进步，2例无效。随访3～38个月，均存活。结论达那唑联合甲氨蝶呤治疗成人慢性难治性ITP疗效满意，未见明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the curative effect of danazol combined with methotrexate in the treatment of refractory adult chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods: The clinical data of 19 patients with refractory adult chronic refractory ITP were analyzed retrospectively.Results: There were 12 cases with marked effect,4 cases with moderate effect,1 case were in progress,and 2 cases were inefficiency.During a follow-up period of 3 month to 38 months,all survived.Conclusion: Danazol combined with... |
