上瓦带挡板椭圆轴承性能研究

摘    要:提出了贫油收敛区流体动压润滑的计算方法,研究了上瓦带挡板的椭圆轴承性能.结果表明该种轴承可明显地提高稳定性,在载荷较小的情况下即可进入恒稳工作区,并且平均温升低;静、动态性能明显好于同尺寸的椭圆轴承

Abstract:The calculating method of hydrodynamic lubrication in the meagre oil area is developed. The performances of elliptical bearings with a board on upper pad are studied. The results show that the risen oil temperature is small and the stability of the bearing can be greatly improved. The static and dynamic performances are better than those of common elliptical bearings with the same size.
