| Abstract: | This paper starts with the current situation of elementary computer education in Hainan University. Based on the main target and policy of 3 levels of education, thesis discusses how Hainan University should make reforms in this field. The details are also proposed, e.g. teaching contents, course system, teaching method, teaching material construction and experiment teaching. |
