Abstract:Based on the principles of psychology, it is argued that P.E. teachers should recognize and realize the role of nonverbla teaching methods. They may communicate with the students in three-dimensional ways such as talkative ways, silent and dynamic ways, and silent and static ways. Speaking more concretely, in order to make the track and field teaching more effective, the teachers should inform students in various channels, such as countenance, sight, gesture, sound, etc.
