脉冲电流磁场对鼠骨髓瘤细胞的影响

摘    要:通过实验研究了脉冲电流磁场对鼠骨髓瘤细胞的影响。证实了脉冲电流磁场具有很强的生物效应,对生物体具有穿透能力。实验表明,强的脉冲电流磁场(最大磁场强度和磁场强度变化率以及脉冲持续时间)对细胞生长有明显的抑制作用,甚至导致细胞大片死亡。通过简单的细胞模型,对其作用机理进行了初步的探讨。

Abstract:The effect of impulse current magnetic fields on the mouse marrow tumor cells has been studied. It is verified that the impulse current magnetic field has the ability to penetrate through the cell, and therefore has strong biological effects. The results show clearly that the strong impulse magnetic field can restrain the growth of cells, and in the serious circumstances, result in the death of cells. The mechanism of the impulse current magnetic field effect has been discussed by using a simple cell model.
