| Abstract: | In view of smoke prevention and dust control, the author recommends reciprocating ire grate as an ideal coal burner in industrial furnaces. The conclusion is based on an analysis of the formation of smoke and dust in industrial furnaces and several problems in the design of reciprocating ire grate. The characteristics of reciprocating ire grate is clarified and a formula for calculating its frequency is proposed for the reference of its designer. |
