NiO电致变色薄膜的电化学制备和性能

摘    要:以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂、NiCl2为主盐、LiClO4为支持电解质、FTO导电玻璃为基体.采用恒电位电沉积的方法制备了电致变色性能良好的NiO薄膜.实验过程中对溶剂脱水方法、电沉积电压等实验条件进行了研究.探索在此体系中电沉积的最佳条件,制备出电致变色性能和附着性良好的NiO薄膜;通过×射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、高分辨透射电镜和能谱仪等仪器.对膜的成分、结构和厚度进行了分析;采用紫外可见分光光度计,对膜的透光性能进行了表征;通过循环伏安法和双电位阶跃法,对膜的电化学稳定性和响应时间进行研究.
