摘    要:将分形理论与超纹理造型和渲染结合起来,在平克带限噪声的基础上构造一个具有分形特性的扰动方程,可以将R3空间中的点映射至一个值域在[0,1]内的密度值,利用渲染算法,可以得到一幅幅超纹理图案,真切地再现了大理石、云、雾、气流等自然场景

Hypertexture Pattern Generation Based on Band Limited Noise and Disturbing Functions
Abstract:By a combination of the fractal theory with hypertexture modelling and rich coloring, a disturbing function with fractal features on the basis of Pink band limited noise function is constructed. It is capable of mapping a point in R 3 space to a density value. By the control of the distribution of hte density, objects of complex shape can be constructed. The rich coloring of the hypertexture is achieved by an algorithm with ray follow up. The ray is projected from the viewpoint to the object space, and with the follow up of the ray, the opacity of the object is accumulated along the ray. Once the opacity reaches 1, the operation of this ray is stopped. By the algorithm given, the object of a specific shape and texture such as marble, cloud, fog, and gas flow can be graphically reproduced. The source code and part of the results are shown.
