单扫描示波极谱法测定氯霉素的应用研究

摘    要:在0.3mol/L的KCl(pH6.5)底液中,用单扫描示波极谱法可得到一个灵敏的氯霉素导数还原波,峰电位为-840mV(vs.SEE).峰电流与氯霉素浓度在0.075~0.250mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9986),检出限为0.025mg/L.利用该法测定了氯霉素针剂、眼药水、氯霉素片剂和鱼血中的氯霉素,并与高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法的测量结果进行对比,结果令人满意。

Abstract:In a supporting electrolyte containing 0.3 mol/L KCl (pH 6.5),a sensitive derivative(reduction) wave of chloramphenicol(CAP) with peak potential-840 mV(vs.SCE) was observed by single sweep oscillopolarography.The secondary,derivative peak current of the reduction wave was linear to CAP concentration in the range of 0.075~0.250 mg/L(r=0.998 6).The detection limit was 0.025 mg/L.The CAP concentrations in medicines such as eye liquid,injections,tablets,and in fish blood were measured with the established method.In addition,the method was compared with UV spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the single sweep oscillopolarography could be used for the determination of CAP in these samples.
