基于组合 shapely 值的契约式创新联盟利益分配模型研究

随着竞争激烈程度的加深和客户需求个性化的变化，组建创新联盟已经成为众多企业的战略选择。创新联盟可以分为股权式联盟和契约式联盟，其中契约式联盟由于联盟的松散性和动态性，其利益分配一直是研究的热点。本文针对契约式创新联盟的特点，综合考虑了知识溢出、投资额、风险等各种因素，提出了组合shapely值法，该方法可以为创新联盟的利益分配提供一种决策借鉴。

Research on profits allocation model of contractual innovation alliance based on combined shapely value

With the change in the competition intense and individuation of customer requirement , building innovation alliance has become the strategic choice of many enterprises .Innovation alliance can be divided into equity alliance and contractual alliance , in which profits allocation of contractual alliance has long been the focus of research thanks to its loose and dynamic characteristics .According to the distinguishing feature of contractual innovation alliance , this paper , by considering comprehensively such facts as knowledge spillovers , investment , risk etc .put forward the combined shapely value method , which can provide a decision -making reference for the allocation of benefits of innovation alliance .
