| Abstract: | The group construction of the youth and middle\|aged talents in school subjects is a key construction of faculty resources, the necessary demand for the development of school subjects and an important approach to expedite the cultivation of persons with high ability. We should enhance the construction of this group, pay attention to their political idea, advance their operational ability, reinforce the examination, strengthen the power of cultivation, make full advantage of their ability, and develop the resources of persons with high ability. At the same time, we should also deal with some relations properly. |
