摘    要:交流调速系统采用矢量控制技术,能够获得很好的调速性能。文中讨论了采用电压型逆变器供电的鼠笼式异步电动机滑差矢量控制的原理,介绍了采用16位单片机8097BH为核心的全数字化控制系统的硬件和软件。控制系统的硬件电路简单可靠、功能齐全;软件采用模块化层次结构,并在各功能程序块中提供了多级软件菜单。用户可通过键盘及显示器方便地实现参数设定、运行结构选择、故障查询及显示等操作,增加了系统的灵活性。系统的另一特点是可以在运行中用键盘对电机参数进行在线修正与调整,以提高系统的运行性能。试验结果表明,系统运行平稳可靠,调速范围宽,调速性能良好。

Abstract:Thanks to field-oriented technology,AC drive system can achieve excellent performance of speed control. This paper discusses the cardinal principle of slip--frequency vector control for cage induction motor fed by voltage source invertor. Hardware and software of the fully digitized control system based on a 16--bit single chip microprocessor 8097BH are described. The system hardware is simple and reliable. The software consists of several functional block modules,with multi--level software menu structure. Operation mode selection, parameter setting,fault inquiry and diagnosis are .easily achieved through keyboard and display unit,showing the flexibility of the system. One salient feature of the system is that the motor parameters can be on--line adjusted to provide better system performance. Experiment results show that the system operates smoothly and reliably, with a wide range of speed adjustment and excellent performance.
