基于企业生命周期的知识产权融资策略研究

知识产权融资方式包括知识产权作价入股、知识产权质押贷款、知识产权信托和知识产权证券化等，根据企业生命周期理论对初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期企业的融资特征进行了分析，结合知识产权融资方式，设计出四阶段的企业知识产权融资策略，以此来引导企业开展知识产权资本化运作。

Research on the Financing Strategies of Intellectual Property based on Enterprise Lifecycles

Financing methods of intellectual property include the following： conversion of intellectual property into enterprise shares, hypothecated loans of intellectual property, intellectual property trust, and intellectual property securitization and so on. The financing features are analyzed when the enterprises are in their early starting period, growing period, autumn, and the wane period on the base of enterprise lifecycle theory. Moreover, financing strategies for these four periods are drafted according to the financing methods of intellectual property in order to offer a reference for enterprises when they carry out capitalization of intellectual property.
