连铸拉速扰动前馈补偿控制传递函数辨识研究

摘    要:结合连铸传热特点及建立的三维动态凝固传热模型,设计拉速扰动前馈控制器并辨识传递函数,以改善铸坯表面温度的控制质量。在确定控制通道和扰动通道传递函数矩阵结构的基础上,以传热系数和拉速的阶跃变化为输入激励,铸坯表面温度为输出响应,采用阶跃响应曲线和最小二乘法对传递函数辨识。仿真结果表明,传递函数频率响应曲线的增益和铸坯表面温度与目标温度偏差均减小,控制质量得到提高。

Abstract:To improve the control quality of the slab surface temperature, the author designed a feed forward controller and identification transfer functions, combining with the Characteristic billet Solidification Heat Transfer and built three-dimensional solidification model. In determining the control channel and disturbance channel structure, on the basis of transfer function matrix with heat transfer coefficient and the speed of the step change of input signal, the slab surface temperature for the output response, step response curve and least-square method for identification of transfer function are considered. The simulation results show that the transfer function of the frequency response curve of the gain and the slab surface temperature and target temperature deviation are reduced, the control quality is improved.
