摘    要:为表达生物材料的非均质性,提出基于材料特征的非均质实体模型。材料特征作为设计意图的高层抽象,用以表达实体某一特定子区域的材料分布。材料特征通过材料组分分布函数来表达,讨论了材料组分分布函数的定义、形式和定义域。提出材料特征的三层模型,并对材料特征进行了分类,讨论了特征对应的函数表达式和定义域等要素。借助开放源码的图形核心VTK(V isua lization T oo lK it)实现了一个原型建模系统,系统继承了特征建模的优点,使设计者可以根据设计规则、功能需求直观地设计实体内部的材料梯度。

Abstract:A material feature-based heterogeneous solid model was developed to represent the heterogeneity of biomaterials.The material feature was defined as a specified material distribution in a certain sub-region within the solid as a high level abstraction of design intent.The material features were then represented by material composition functions.The definition,formation,and domain of the material composition functions were formally presented.A heterogeneous modeling system was implemented based on the open source graphics kernel VTK(Visualization ToolKit.With this feature-based modeling,the system can conveniently determine material distributions within solids by design rules and functional requirements.
