实验性免疫抑制动物模型的稳定性探讨

摘    要:在同等条件下,分别以常规剂量的氢化考的松(HY)和环磷酰胺(CY)复制免疫抑制动物模型,结果发现:HY模型的各项免疫指标均处于高度抑制状态;CY模型在IL2的产生水平上处于高度抑制状态,在巨噬细胞吞噬率和血清溶菌酶含量方面呈明显抑制作用,但程度上低于HY模型,然而在巨噬细胞吞噬指数和IL1产生水平上未呈现明显抑制作用;结果提示:用HY可复制出稳定、典型较为理想的免抑制动物模型.而从造模思路上考虑,把CY作为免疫抑制动物模型的诱导剂应做更深入的探讨.

Abstract:Immuno suppression models have been made with Hydrocotison or cyclophosphumid separatly,under the similer circumstance. The results showed that HY model is in a high inhibition condition on all targets set in this research because varied immunocytes are high sensitivity to hormone of dextrose adrenal cortex. The results showed that CY model is in a high inhibition condition on the IL 2 level as well as HY model and then the phagocytose rate of Macrophage and lysozyme level are inhibition condition but the effect is lower than HY model.On the other side CY model is not in the inhibition condition on the phagoindex and IL 1 level.This appearance relating to many immunocytes are different from sensitivity for cyclophosphumid,it fully proves that CY is not only a simpe immunodepression agent. Point out that HY could reconstructed an immunodepression animal model which are stability,typical and satisfactory but is must be futher study and discussion if by CY.
