| Abstract: | In connection with the phenomenon that the legal consciousness of most of the modern entrepreneurs is dim,this paper discusses emphatically on the significance of that the modern entrepreneurs understand the law,observe the law and make full use of the law by using the method of typical cases analyzing,and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the legal consciousness. |
