| 摘 要： | 就公共图书馆参考馆员应有学历结构、知识结构、职称结构、能力结构、年龄结构进行了分析与探讨，并指出参考馆员整体结构中的不合理所在，进而从引进人才，用好人才；加强继续教育，培养复合型人才；建立参考馆员制度，提高参考馆员综合素质等几个方面提出优化馆员整体结构的对策。
