高压静电场对马尾松,黑松种子活力的影响

摘    要:结果表明经适宜高压静电场处理,能激活种子脱氢酶活性和α-淀粉酶活性、增加细胞膜修复功能、提高种子发芽率和活力指数。马尾松种子最佳处理为浸种6h,电场强度500kV/m,处理时间1min,黑松种子最佳处理为浸种6h,电场强度100kV/m,处理时间5min。

Abstract:The results showed that high electrostatic strength treatment could promote enzyme activity. resume cell memberane function, increase germination percent and vigor index. The optimum time of Pinus masson seed soaking in water is 6 hours, the electrostatic strength is 500KV/m and the dealing time is 1 minute. The optimum time of Pinus thunbergii seed soaking is 6 hours. electrostatic strength is 100KV/m. and the dealing time is 5 minutes.
