| 摘 要： | 采用MJPEG压缩算法，研究了基于TCP/IP协议的实时网络视频广播系统的特性及实现方法，并就该系统的视频采集、编码、传输控制和回放等几个方面的问题进行了讨论。研究结果表明，该系统打破了传统的硬压缩、点对点的结构，实现了多点同时发送和接收音频、视频信息的功能。

| Abstract: | The performance and the implementation of the real time networking broadcasting system are introduced which are based on the TCP/IP protocol and the MJPRG arithmetic. The problems such as video capturing, encoding, decoding, replaying and transport controlling, etc, are also discussed. The result demonstrates that this system fulfills multicasting audio and video signals instead of conventional hardware based compress and structure of point to point. |
