毫米波导引头位标器中归零力矩的分析

摘    要:本文对位标器研制工作中出现的瞄准轴归零现象进行了理论分析。给出了位标器的进动控制模型和进动线包反电势的理论表达式。为导引头回路的分析奠定了基础。分析表明,瞄准轴归零现象是BTL功放输出级输出阻抗极低,进动线包中反电势形成感应电流,产生了恢复力矩而造成的。恢复力矩将使目标跟踪不稳。为此提出采用VCCS代替BTL功放来提高输出阻抗,克服恢复力矩。实验结果表明目标跟踪稳定性显著提高,恢复力矩基本消除。

Abstract:The cause of guidance axis of DGP (Direct Gyro-stabilized Platform) turning to the direction of X-axis of seeker, which is found in the work of development of DGP, is analysed theoretically. The control model of turning of guidance axis of the DGP as well as the theoretical representation of the inductive-potential in the turning coil of DGP is given, which establishes the base for the analysis of control loop of seeker. The results show that the cause of guidance axis turning to the X-axis is the anti-turning moment produced by the induced current in turning coil of the DGP. The inductive potential makes induced current in the turning coil through the power amplifier of DGP because of the very low output impedance of the power amplifier of DGP. The anti-turning moment will lead to unstable target tracking of DGP. The replacement of BTL power amplifier with VCCS is adopted,to make the output impedance much higher and to overcome the anti-turning moment. The experimental results show that the target tracking stability is improved obviously and the anti-turning moment almost disappears.
