摘    要:以潜土逆转旋耕试验和被抛土粒流运动图像处理技术为手段,对潜土逆转旋耕土粒流运动图像进行了采集、处理和统计分析,获得了潜土逆转旋耕抛土率的量化估算结果,探索了潜土逆转旋耕机抛土性能与其工作参数之间的关系,为定量验证和修正抛土率理论模型的计算结果提供了一种途径,同时也为潜土逆转旋耕工作参数选择提供了参考依据.实际抛土率一般均低于理论抛土率,当用理论模型计算得到抛土率定量结果之后,再适当下降7至10个百分点,可以作为在该工况下的实际抛土率的定量描述.通过多种工况的计算结果对比分析,综合考虑抛土率、工作效率、功耗等因素,可以获得一组较为合适的潜土逆转旋耕工作参数.

Abstract:By means of indoor experiments of latent soil of up-cut rotary cultivation and motion-image processing technology of back-throw-soil, the collecting, transacting, counting and analyzing of the ~motion image of back-throw-soil are made to obtain quantified estimation of back-throw-soil ration. The relationship between the performance of back-throw-soil of latent soil of up-cut rotary cultivation and its working parameters are obtained. An approach of proving the simulation results of theoretical model of back-throw-soil ratio by computer dynamic simulation based on AutoLISP is provided. By comparing and analyzing the data, and considering some different factors such as back-throw-soil ratio, working ~efficiency and working wastage and so on, the optimal working parameters in accord with practical facts are obtained.
