“项目网络”：促进协同创新的重要平台——以973计划“心脑血管研究项目网络”为例

近年来，促进国家科技计划项目间的合作与交流，更加充分地发挥科技创新要素的协同作用，一直受到科技界的广泛关注，也是科技体制改革的重要内容。本文通过对973计划“心脑血管研究项目网络”的发展背景及主要做法的总结，对发挥“项目网络”的作用，促进协同创新平台建设问题提出了对策与建议。

“Research Network”: An Effective Platform of Improving Synergistic Innovation——A Cardiovascular Research Network of 973 Plan Perspective

With the rapid development of science and technology in China, it has attracted widespread interest in the scientific and technological circles to strengthen cooperation and exchange among projects of national S&T research programs so as to enhance synergistic effect of innovation elements, which is also an important content of S&T system reform. The cardiovascular research network of 973 plan established in 2009 has made some achievements in bringing research cooperation forward. The paper introduces its background, current status, some experience and so on,then submits some suggestions about research network how to play an important role in synergistic innovation.
